⚠️ Only submit 1 form per creator. If you submit more than 1 form with the same example video, you will automatically be disqualified.

Important: Make sure video sharing on Google Drive is set to “Anyone with the link can view” – otherwise we will not be able to access it (see below).

If we can’t access the video, we will reject your application.
