👉 The hook (= first 3-seconds of the video) is the most important part of the video - we need to make it interesting with movement. The camera person should be walking towards the actor right from the start - there should be 0.0s of ****waiting.

THE MISTAKE: When your videos starts - the camera person is waiting and not moving towards the actor. The video does not grab attention and is boring.

TO FIX THIS MISTAKE (Do ALL steps!):

• The camera person should start recording the video only after they hear the screen recording being played on the laptop + they need to move right from the start
• Trim away the beginning part of the video where the camera person is waiting
