👉 There should be NO silences. Either the actor or the “Interviewer” should be talking at all times.
THE MISTAKE: There is silence in your videos. Maybe there is silence at the start of the video (before the question has been asked) or there is silence in the middle of the video (after the question has been asked). The video does not grab attention and it is boring.
TO FIX THIS MISTAKE (Do ALL steps!):
Camera person should not start recording until the “Fake interview” recording is playing on the actor’s laptop (this will remove silences at the start of the video)
The actor needs to talk while the ParakeetAI response is loading - and then start reading the answer once the answer from ParakeetAI has loaded
If there is ANY SILENCE (even 1 second) in your video recording - trim the start of the video
It is NOT NECESSARY to have the entire question from the “Fake interview” on the video. The video can begin in the middle of the question being asked. This will make the video feel even more organic and less “fake”.
(You can not edit out the silences after the question has been asked, because there should be 0 cuts in the video. So the only way to fix the silence in the middle of the video is to have the actor keep talking)
